Description

A swimming lane is a channel of water in a swimming pool, separated by lane lines.  An international standard swimming pool is 50 meters long and at least 21 meters wide, with 8 lanes, each 2.5 meters wide.
The lane lines are made of connected buoys with a diameter of 5-10 cm, which reduce water flow interference by dampening waves. The buoys are made of corrosion-resistant engineering plastic, and the alternating red and white colors are used to mark distances and help athletes judge turning points. Lane center lines are marked on the pool bottom and walls, and hooks are provided at both ends to secure the lane lines.
The lane layout follows international competition standards. Olympic swimming pools are 25 meters wide, and short-course pools are 25 meters long. The outer lanes have an additional 0.5 meters of width to reduce the impact of water flow from the pool walls. Stainless steel ropes and tensioners are used for the lane lines to ensure stability. Lane line colors and specifications vary depending on their use. Spiral buoys can reduce water wave interference, and standard lengths are 25 meters and 50 meters.
The buoys are injection-molded from engineering plastic, featuring bright colors, easy assembly, strong buoyancy, corrosion resistance, and wave absorption. Colors, lengths, and diameters can be customized. The ropes, tensioners, hooks, and embedded mounting devices are all made of stainless steel. Buoy specifications: φ12CM (general), φ15CM (standard competition use), spiral type φ6CM long 20CM (general). Standard lengths are 25M and 50M (custom lengths available).
