Description

A steam room is a type of sauna that uses a steam generator to produce steam at 40°C to 50°C.  The steam comes into contact with the skin, causing pores to open and promoting detoxification, blood circulation, and metabolism, thus achieving beauty and fitness benefits. Compared to dry saunas, steam rooms, due to their high humidity, are more suitable for female users, resulting in radiant and moisturized skin after a session. Steam rooms can be divided into two types: acrylic panel rooms and built-in masonry rooms.  Their working principles include tourmaline and far-infrared technology to enhance their effects, making them suitable for treating rheumatism, improving insomnia, and addressing gastrointestinal problems. Originating from the Turkish bath tradition, steam rooms also have a social function. Modern medicine suggests that the steam can regulate blood pressure and prevent respiratory diseases. When using a steam room, it's important to ensure the quality of the steam generator and control panel, and to avoid sessions exceeding 20 minutes to prevent oxygen deprivation and suffocation.

Steam rooms use steam equipment to heat water to produce steam, which is then released through pipes to create a low-temperature, high-humidity environment of approximately 45°C. The steam comes into contact with the skin, causing pores to open and helping to expel toxins and pore secretions, while also promoting blood circulation and metabolism. Some steam rooms incorporate tourmaline and far-infrared technology to enhance their effects in treating rheumatism and improving insomnia.
