Description
Various chemicals are dosed using the wet dosing method, and each chemical has its own dosing system. The dosing system is equipped with a device that allows the chemicals to fully mix and contact with the circulating water (with a contact time of not less than 10 seconds).
The preparation concentration of the reagent is 8%. The coagulant is automatically added in a continuous and proportional manner, with a designed dosage of 5mg/L. The designed dosage of sodium hypochlorite is 1mg/L. The pH adjuster is added by controlling the frequency of the metering pump based on the feedback signal from the fully automatic water quality monitor, with a designed dosage of 5mg/L.
The dosing pumps all adopt pressure-type metering dosing devices, with motors operating at a speed of 60 rpm and suitable for use with a 220V/1/50 power supply.
The dosing tank shall have a capacity of not less than 100 liters for storing chemical agents, and its material shall be made of PE.
The equipment opening is equipped with an automatic locking system protection device, and a check valve is installed to prevent the overflow of filtered water from the inner tank.
