Description
Various chemicals are dosed using the wet dosing method, and each chemical has its own dosing system. The dosing system is equipped with a device that allows the chemical to fully mix and contact with the circulating water (with a contact time of not less than 10 seconds).
The concentration of the reagent is set at 8%. The coagulant is added continuously and automatically at a designed dosage of 5mg/L. The sodium hypochlorite is added at a designed dosage of 1mg/L. The pH adjuster is added by controlling the frequency of the metering pump based on the signal feedback from the fully automatic water quality monitor, with a designed dosage of 5mg/L.
The dosing pumps all adopt pressure-type metering dosing devices, with an electric motor that rotates at 60 rpm and is suitable for use with a 220V/1/50 power supply.
The dosing tank shall have a capacity of not less than 100 liters for storing chemical agents and shall be made of PE material.
The equipment opening is equipped with an automatic locking system protection device, and a check valve is installed to prevent the overflow of filtered water from the inner tank.
