Description
An ozone generator (system) is an ozone system equipment used for disinfecting swimming pool water. It primarily consists of an electronic control system, a high-voltage discharge unit, a cooling system, and a gas source system. It generates ozone through glow discharge between electrodes, and the dielectric material must meet specific strength requirements to ensure discharge stability.
The system is divided into tubular (G) and plate (B) types based on its structure, and into mains frequency, medium frequency, and high frequency types based on the discharge frequency. The ozone production capacity ranges from small to large (5g/h to >1000g/h). Key control parameters include gas source dew point, ozone concentration, and power consumption. In application, it is necessary to configure air treatment, ozone dosing, and exhaust gas decomposition equipment, as well as safety protection functions such as linkage with circulating water pumps. The installation requires a device foundation height of ≥100mm, and the machine room needs to be equipped with ozone leakage monitoring and automatic shutdown functions.
The ozone generator is used as a system, which includes: the ozone generator itself, air preparation equipment, ozone dosing equipment, ozone mixing equipment, ozone reaction equipment, and ozone tail gas decomposition equipment. Sometimes, an activated carbon filter is also required as an ozone adsorption and removal device.
