Description

Variable frequency constant pressure water supply equipment is an energy-saving water supply device based on variable frequency speed control technology and closed-loop control principles. It maintains constant pipeline pressure by adjusting the pump speed, forming a differential compensation water supply system. The equipment consists of a pump unit, pressure sensor, variable frequency control cabinet, and pressure tank. The core controller uses a microcomputer or Siemens S7-1200 PLC, coupled with a G120 frequency converter to achieve PID dynamic pressure regulation, with a control accuracy of ±0.01MPa. The equipment is equipped with a food-grade stainless steel water tank and high-efficiency vertical multi-stage water pumps, supporting cyclic soft start and frequency/variable frequency switching. Energy saving efficiency exceeds 30%. The system adopts a three-pump linkage control logic, monitors the operating status through a touchscreen HMI, and has a built-in PROFINET communication network and fault self-locking protection function.
The variable frequency constant pressure water supply equipment mainly consists of a pump unit, pressure stabilizing tank, pressure sensor, and variable frequency control cabinet, which can always maintain the pressure gauge pressure (i.e., the user's pipeline water pressure) equal to the user's set value. It can be used for general domestic or industrial water supply.
Water supply system configurations include:
1. Variable frequency water supply equipment connected to the municipal water network for constant pressure water supply. When the water supply pressure meets the requirements, all pumps are automatically shut down. Otherwise, the constant pressure water supply equipment starts to increase the pressure to meet water demand.
2.  Adding a small pump or pressure tank: To completely eliminate power consumption during low or zero flow water supply, an auxiliary small pump or auxiliary pressure tank can be added. When the water supply pressure is low, the main pump is automatically shut down, and the small pump or pressure tank operates.
